Where applicable, photographs of pre-owned or one-of-a-kind items depict the actual item for sale.

3. Product Condition

Products are sold as either New or Pre-Owned, with the condition clearly identified in each listing.

New Products

New products are supplied in the condition received from the manufacturer or authorised distributor.

As collectables are often manufactured, transported and stored over long periods, minor packaging or factory imperfections may occur. Unless specifically stated, Choice Collectables does not guarantee mint condition packaging.

Pre-Owned Products

Pre-owned items have had previous ownership and may display signs of age, storage, handling or display. Unless specifically stated, Choice Collectables does not guarantee mint condition.

Any significant defects or noticeable condition issues will be disclosed within the product description and/or photographs.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice.

While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Choice Collectables reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing your order.

5. Orders

Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

Orders are accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Choice Collectables.

Choice Collectables reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where:

• an item has been incorrectly priced;
• stock is unavailable;
• payment cannot be authorised;
• fraudulent activity is suspected;
• an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

6. Payment

Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.

Orders remain the property of Choice Collectables until payment has been successfully received.

7. Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within the timeframe specified on our website.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to the performance of Australia Post and other courier providers.

Choice Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier or shipping company, Generally Australia Post

8. Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment for selected orders. If you would like to collect your purchase in person, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange a suitable collection time.

All pickup requests are subject to prior approval and payment must be completed before collection.

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and provide collection
details.

A valid photo ID and your order confirmation may be required at the time of collection.

9. Limited Edition Products

Limited edition numbers are supplied at random unless a specific edition number is advertised.

10. Trading Cards

Trading Card Game (TCG) products are subject to our separate Trading Card Game Policy

Choice Collectables cannot guarantee:

• pull rates
• card distribution
• rarity
• centring
• grading outcomes
• manufacturer collation

These matters are determined solely by the manufacturer.

11. Assorted Products

Products described as "Assorted" are supplied in randomly selected variants.

Specific characters, colours or designs cannot be requested unless otherwise stated.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos and photographs created by Choice Collectables, remains the property of Choice Collectables unless otherwise stated.

Manufacturer names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choice Collectables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

At Choice Collectables, customer satisfaction is important to us. We carefully inspect, describe and package every item to ensure it arrives in the condition advertised.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to meet the consumer guarantees provided under the ACL.

Change of Mind

Choice Collectables does not generally offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

At our discretion, we may approve a return where:

• the item is returned within 14 days of delivery;
• the item is unused and in its original condition;
• all original packaging, accessories, certificates and inserts are included;
• the item remains suitable for resale as new.

Approved change-of-mind returns may be issued as store credit or a refund, less any original shipping costs where permitted by law.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Neither manufacturers nor Choice Collectables guarantee mint packaging.

Minor factory imperfections including:

• shelf wear;
• light creases;
• minor dents;
• scuffs;
• paint variations;
• manufacturing marks;

are considered normal within the collectables industry and are not regarded as defects.

Where significant damage exists, it will be disclosed in the product description and/or photographs.

Trading Card Game (TCG) Products

Due to the collectable nature of Trading Card Game products and the need to protect against product tampering and fraud, opened factory-sealed TCG products cannot be returned unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

Choice Collectables cannot guarantee:

• pull rates;
• rarity distribution;
• card centring;
• grading potential;
• manufacturer collation.

Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the independent grading company at the time of certification.

Choice Collectables does not guarantee future grading standards, resale values or investment performance.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved due to a fault or issue covered by Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return postage costs will be reimbursed.

For voluntary change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

Please allow 3–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Refused Returns

Returns may be refused where:

• the item has been used, altered or damaged after delivery;
• the item has been returned incomplete;

Please read the following policy carefully before purchasing Trading Card Game products from our store.

Product Authenticity

Choice Collectables only sells genuine Trading Card Game products sourced from reputable wholesalers, authorised distributors, licensed retailers, trusted collectors and verified suppliers.

We do not knowingly buy or sell counterfeit, altered or unauthorised products.

Where applicable, graded trading cards retain their original certification holder and label.

Individual Card Condition

Factory Manufacturing Variations

Trading cards are manufactured using high-speed printing and packaging processes.

Minor factory imperfections are common across all major Trading Card Game manufacturers and may include:

Mint Condition

Unless specifically advertised as professionally graded or otherwise stated, Choice Collectables does not guarantee any trading card to be in Mint, Gem Mint or investment-grade condition.

Cards described as Near Mint or similar are assessed according to generally accepted collector standards and should not be interpreted as guarantees of third-party grading outcomes.

Professional Grading

Choice Collectables does not guarantee that any ungraded card will achieve a particular grade from:

• PSA
• Beckett (BGS)
• CGC
• SGC
• ACE
• Any other professional grading company

Every grading company applies its own grading standards, which may change over time.

Customers purchase ungraded cards at their own discretion.

Graded Cards

Graded cards are sold based on the grade assigned by the independent grading company at the time of certification.

Choice Collectables does not guarantee:

• future grading standards;
• resale values;
• investment performance;
• population reports.

Customers are encouraged to independently verify certification numbers using the grading company's official website.

Sealed Products

Factory-sealed products are sold exactly as supplied by the manufacturer.

Choice Collectables cannot guarantee:

• print quality;

These matters are entirely controlled by the manufacturer.

Opened Products

Opened Trading Card Game products cannot be returned or exchanged

This policy exists due to the collectable nature of Trading Card Game products and to protect against product tampering, fraud and card substitution.

Packaging Condition

Many Trading Card Game products are purchased by collectors who value sealed packaging.

Although every effort is made to carefully store and ship products, manufacturers do not guarantee mint packaging.

Where multiple assorted products are purchased, we will make reasonable efforts to provide different variants where stock permits, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Pre-Owned Trading Cards

Pre-owned trading cards may show signs of:

Where known, significant defects will be disclosed within the product listing.

Return & Refund Policy

Returns for Trading Card Game products are managed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.

Collector's Notice

As a result, minor printing, cutting and packaging variations are common and widely accepted by collectors.
