Choice Collectables is committed to ensuring your collectibles arrive safely and securely. Every order is packed with care using quality protective packaging materials.
Processing Times
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 business day after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide using Australia post and courier services were required
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location and the selected shipping service.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping
Packaging
Every collectible is packed with care using protective materials designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
Where possible, Choice Collectables reuses clean, high-quality packaging materials to reduce environmental impact while maintaining product protection.
Combined Shipping
Where practical, multiple items purchased in a single order will be combined into one shipment to help reduce shipping costs.
Delivery Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by shipping carriers and cannot be guaranteed.
Choice Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by:
- weather events
- natural disasters
- customs inspections
- courier delays
- public holidays
- industrial action
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Additional shipping charges may apply where parcels are returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist you in reaching an appropriate outcome.
Authority to Leave
If you authorise the shipping carrier to leave your parcel unattended, delivery is considered complete once the parcel has been left at the nominated address.
Choice Collectables cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or stolen after delivery has been completed.
Signature on Delivery
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
This is determined by the shipping carrier and the value of the order.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment for selected orders. If you would like to collect your purchase in person, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange a suitable collection time.
All pickup requests are subject to prior approval and payment must be completed before collection.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and provide collection details.
A valid photo ID and your order confirmation may be required at the time of collection.
