Welcome to Choice Collectables. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or interacting with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using our website.
1. About Choice Collectables
Choice Collectables is an Australian-owned online retailer specialising in new and pre-owned collectables, including but not limited to diecast model vehicles, trading cards, action figures, fashion dolls, pop culture merchandise, model railways, LEGO®, and other collectible products.
We are committed to providing genuine products, accurate product descriptions and quality customer service.
2. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications, pricing and photographs are accurate at the time of publication. However, errors may occasionally occur.
Product images form part of the product description. Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, photography and individual monitor settings.
Where applicable, photographs of pre-owned or one-of-a-kind items depict the actual item for sale.
3. Product Condition
Products are sold as either New or Pre-Owned, with the condition clearly identified in each listing.
New Products
New products are supplied in the condition received from the manufacturer or authorised distributor.
As collectables are often manufactured, transported and stored over long periods, minor packaging or factory imperfections may occur. Unless specifically stated, Choice Collectables does not guarantee mint condition packaging.
Pre-Owned Products
Pre-owned items have had previous ownership and may display signs of age, storage, handling or display. Unless specifically stated, Choice Collectables does not guarantee mint condition.
Any significant defects or noticeable condition issues will be disclosed within the product description and/or photographs.
4. Pricing
All prices displayed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Prices may change without notice.
While every effort is made to ensure pricing accuracy, Choice Collectables reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error is identified after an order has been placed, we will contact you before processing your order.
5. Orders
Submitting an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
Orders are accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed by Choice Collectables.
Choice Collectables reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order where:
- an item has been incorrectly priced;
- stock is unavailable;
- payment cannot be authorised;
- fraudulent activity is suspected;
- an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.
6. Payment
Payment must be received in full before an order is dispatched.
Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change from time to time.
Orders remain the property of Choice Collectables until payment has been successfully received.
7. Shipping
Orders are generally dispatched within the timeframe specified on our website.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to the performance of Australia Post and other courier providers.
Choice Collectables is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier or shipping company, Generally Australia Post
8. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available by appointment for selected orders. If you would like to collect your purchase in person, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and arrange a suitable collection time.
All pickup requests are subject to prior approval and payment must be completed before collection.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and provide collection
details.
A valid photo ID and your order confirmation may be required at the time of collection.
9. Limited Edition Products
Limited edition numbers are supplied at random unless a specific edition number is advertised.
10. Trading Cards
Trading Card Game (TCG) products are subject to our separate Trading Card Game Policy
Choice Collectables cannot guarantee:
- pull rates
- card distribution
- rarity
- centring
- grading outcomes
- manufacturer collation
These matters are determined solely by the manufacturer.
11. Assorted Products
Products described as "Assorted" are supplied in randomly selected variants.
Specific characters, colours or designs cannot be requested unless otherwise stated.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, logos and photographs created by Choice Collectables, remains the property of Choice Collectables unless otherwise stated.
Manufacturer names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Choice Collectables shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Privacy
Personal information is collected, stored and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of your personal information.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia and the State or Territory in which Choice Collectables operates.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
