At Choice Collectables, we take pride in accurately describing and carefully packaging every item we sell.
If you believe your item has arrived with a defect or has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with our assessment.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, store credit or refund, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, certificates and inserts where applicable.
As many of our products are collector's items, minor manufacturer imperfections are considered normal and are not regarded as defects. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Minor paint imperfections or smudges
- Slight variations in packaging or printing
- Minor creases, scuffs or shelf wear on boxes
- Small manufacturing marks or blemishes
- Packaging imperfections that do not affect the item itself
These characteristics are common within the collectibles industry and are not covered under our voluntary returns policy.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where a product has a major failure, or otherwise qualifies for a remedy under the ACL, you are entitled to the appropriate repair, replacement or refund as provided by law.
