Pre-Owned Collectables
All pre-owned items sold by Choice Collectables are clearly identified as Pre-Owned.
As these items have had previous ownership, they may exhibit signs of age, handling, display, or general use. Unless specifically stated, mint condition cannot be guaranteed. Minor imperfections, wear, or packaging blemishes are to be expected with second-hand collectibles.
Each pre-owned item is individually inspected, and any significant defects or condition issues will be disclosed in the product description and/or shown in the product photographs.
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all images and read the product description before purchasing, as these form part of the item's overall condition assessment.
New Collectables
Choice Collectables sources genuine products from reputable manufacturers and authorised distributors. However, neither Choice Collectables nor the original manufacturer can guarantee that product packaging or the item itself will be in mint condition.
As many of the products we sell are manufactured as collector's items, minor factory or packaging imperfections are considered normal and do not affect the authenticity or functionality of the product. These may include:
- Minor shelf wear
- Small dents or creases to packaging
- Light scuff marks or scratches
- Minor paint imperfections or manufacturing variations
- Slight printing or packaging inconsistencies
These characteristics are common within the collectibles industry and are not considered defects.
Where an item has major, significant, or clearly noticeable packaging damage or product imperfections, these will be disclosed in the product description and/or clearly shown in the product photographs.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
