Postage & Handling
All Orders Are Generally Processed and Shipped Next Business Day Using Australia Post, Any Orders Placed on Friday Will Be Shipped Monday. We Currently Only Offer Postage To Within Australia, No International Postage.
Refunds
Choice Collectables will only issue refunds, exchange products and/or issue store credit if the product is defective and the item is returned to us in the exact same condition it was sent and received by the customer.
All refunds are at the discretion of Choice Collectables. Unless your item is deemed defective you will not be entitled to a refund.
Factory defects such as minor box variations, scuff marks, creases, and paint smudges are not covered by our refund and return policy.
Change of Mind
Choice Collectables does not offer refunds for change of mind. In the event you would like to return your item for another product or store credit, the customer is liable for all shipping costs. The item must be returned in exactly the same condition it was sent in and received by the customer.
You must contact Choice Collectables to discuss any exchange within 15 days of receiving your item

Pre-Owned & New Collectables "Mint Condition"
Pre-Owned
All Pre-Owned Collectables are labelled as "Pre-Owned" "Mint Condition" is not guaranteed because previous use has caused natural wear and tear. Second-hand items will often display minor imperfections. Always see item descriptions and photographs for overall condition
New
Choice Collectables and the manufacturers do not have a mint condition guarantee. Claims for minor item packaging dents or scratches will not be accepted for any item listed on our website. Any item that has major, significant and noticeable box imperfections and damages will be disclosed in either the product description or in photos.
Trading Card (TCG) Policy
Due to the highly collectable nature of certain trading card products and the high volume of scams in the TCG community, Choice Collectables currently reserve the right to refuse returns for any TCG Product including but not limited to booster packs, boxes and bundles.
Assorted - You cannot choose which specific one to receive. The retailer will pull a variation randomly from their available inventory.
